How the levels work Verified: one theme at a time, checked remotely: that theme's Standard requirements in its first four criteria, plus the core basics. Each theme says how many. Certified Standard: Energy, Water, Waste and Sourcing plus the core, checked on site. Advanced: every theme that applies, with targets and results shared openly. Needed for: Standard means Certified Standard needs it, and so does Advanced. Advanced alone means only Certified Advanced. Must pass: requirements that must be met for the level; for the rest, 80% is enough.
